This is one of the more interesting blog entries I’ve seen. It is something that is especially insightful to me. I was experiencing “breathing spells” last August. I refused to go to the doctor. After much pleading and threats from my girlfriend, I finally went. I was sent to a cardiologist after wearing one of those heart monitor things for 24 hours. There was something on the tape that wasn’t right. Anyway, I did the stress test, treadmill thing. Long story short; the cardiologist found nothing wrong with me. The breathing spells were most likely anxiety attacks. I was prescribed medication and the breating spells went away. I urge others not to be as foolish as i was. It could have been fatal in my case. Thanks again.

The cardiac monitor you wear for 24 hours… was it a holter? Anyway, i’m happy that you are now well guided with your health status. keep that up!
